  2. Get back into yoga. Even if I can only fit in one class a week, it’s better than nothing.
  3. Eat healthier. Start planning meals out farther in advance so I can have well-balanced ones.
  4. Read a book chapter before bed every/most nights.
  5. Find a job that won’t kill my soul & will pay the bills. It doesn’t have to be a career, just something.
